Ruth lived most of her life in Minidoka County. She has held many positions at the J.R. Simplot Co in Heyburn. After a work related accident she retired. She then stayed at home, cooking, canning, keeping an eye on the neighbors and enjoying her family . Ruth and Henry enjoyed fishing, camping, going out and enjoying life with friends. Ruth and Henry spent many of there days fishing. She was always getting a bite even when hours earlier she had burnt her line with her cigarette and no one had told her. Ruth lost Henry in 2008 and that's when her life changes. All Ruth wanted was to be back with Henry camping, fishing and drinking beers and telling a whopper of a fishtale sitting by the love of her life.
