Patricia Lajean Stromire

Patricia LaJean Stromire 75 year old Heyburn resident, passed away on Saturday, July 16, 2016 at her home.

Pat was born on January 7, 1941 at St. Luke's hospital in Boise Idaho to Joseph Smith Wardle and Marvel Donalda Fleming Everheart. In 1959 she graduated from Jerome High School and married the love of her life Gerald Stromire in 1962. They had two children a daughter Stacy in 1966 and a son Gregory in 1969. They were her "pride and joy and the best thing she ever did" she had said. She was a teacher and worked for an insurance company. She was active in all kinds of things, school, children, crafts, etc.

Patricia is survived by her daughter Stacy of Chewelah, WA, son Greg (Brenda) of Paul, ID, seven grandchildren and four great granddaughters, sisters Mary Robbins, Jody Milligan and Tami Crossley, brothers Brett Titmees, Scott and Gary Wardle, and various nieces, nephews and extended family. She is preceded in death by Joe, Marshall, Marvel and Gerald.

She had a wonderful life. Special thanks to Tand Elaine Thompson, Clellie Jolley, Barbara Korb and Jeff and Beth Stromire.

Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Thursday July 21, 2016 at Hansen Mortuary. Services will conclude with burial at the Paul Cemetery. Viewing for family and friends will be held from 6-8:00 p.m. Wednesday July 20, 2016 at the mortuary. Services are under the direction of Hansen Mortuary.
