Michael Ray Buckley

BURLEY – Michael Ray Buckley, a 50 year-old resident of Burley, passed away at home on Sept. 23, 2020.

Michael was born on April 15th, 1970, to Royce Gould and Patricia Jean Buckley in Burley, Idaho. Mike grew up in Oakley, Idaho, and spent many years hunting and fishing along the Oakley reservoir. This was an activity that he would pass the love for onto his son, Jacoby.

Mike was a good father, brother, and friend. He would easily give the shirt off his back if someone asked him for it, just as easily as he would teach someone to hunt a deer. He is survived by his three siblings: Janet Adams, Carrie (Greg) Fairchild, and Steven (Tina) Buckley. His many nieces and nephews will miss their uncle’s pranks and jokes that would keep them on their toes. Mike is also survived by only son, Jacoby Buckley. The pair were thick as thieves and Jacoby was Mike’s best friend.

Mike’s arrangements have been placed in the care of Rasmussen-Wilson Funeral Home of Burley.
