Franklin Dee Self

BURLEY – Frank D. Self, 62, passed away peacefully in the comfort of his home on Wednesday, Nov. 6, 2013.

Frank was born on May 16, 1951, in San Diego, Calif., to Alvie Dessa (A.D.) Self and Janie Ella Moore Self. Frank was an avid camper, hunter, and outdoors enthusiast. He loved his family and friends so much and he always had a story to share or an ear to listen.

Frank leaves behind three daughters, Mikelle Self, Crystal Self and in December of 2006, he adopted Brittany Self. He also leaves behind his mother, Janie Self of Heyburn; brother, Tom (Marlene) Self of Heyburn; sister, Gayle Christensen of Burley; sister, Donna Jones of Burley; brother, Marc (Elaine) Self of Montana; sister, Carol Ann Self Rogers of Rupert; cousins; nieces; nephews; uncles; aunts; and close friends.
