Charlotte worked as an apprentice in a beauty salon and received her cosmetology license in 1962, then worked as a dental assistant from 1963 until 1972. They were married June 30, 1972, in the Logan Utah Temple and went on to raise four beautiful daughters on the Oliver Springs Ranch in Naf, Idaho. She kept busy helping Harold manage the dairy, raising their daughters, and attending to her various church callings. She served as a Relief Society president, girls camp leader, Primary teacher, and music director for many years. Harold and Charlotte also served as missionaries at the Bishops’ Storehouse from August 2010 until February 2013.

She had a love for music and a strong testimony of her Savior.
